Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2-5 business days. You'll get a tracking email once it ships.

International orders
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your country.
Delivery times
Domestic orders usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions. International orders typically take 7–21 business days, plus any customs processing time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
Returns & exchanges
To start a return within the 30 day trial window, email us with your order number and reason. Items must be in original condition. We will provide a return label for eligible US orders; international return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Order changes & cancellations
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be packed and ready to ship.
